When doing loomwork, it is a good idea to glue a small fridge magnet to the side of the frame. That way, you will never lose your needle when you have to stop work.

If you drop a needle, (especially on carpet) using a torch will assist you to find it promptly 8-)

That is a good suggestion. I dont do loomwork, but am often missing my needle from other work. :P
